We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of all types of fitness modalities to embody this approach and redefine what a "Fitness Program" can be.
We provide our clients with a catalyst for transformation by empowering them with the tools they need to reduce postural stress movement dysfunction, setting them on the path toward better mind/body connections and sports performance. We work to improve stability, range of motion, and adaptability by focusing on fascial lines and movement patterns.

The process begins with in-depth assessment of both posture and a functional movement screen. The results direct the plan to improve postural imbalances and weak links in the movement chain. Three different dynamic modalities based on anatomical principles and fascial lines are incorporated into each individualized program: corrective exercise, functional strength training, and dynamic/manual stretching. The results are improved posture and gait; stronger, more efficient movements; and restored well-being.

We use functional movement based techniques to build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. SMALL GROUP PERFORMANCE COACHING
You will challenge yourself in our Small Group Performance Classes (6-participants max!) with the most innovative training formats that change week to week based on participant needs. Our classes will deliver both strength and cardio results focusing on movements that will target and strengthen the muscles of the upper extremities, lower extremities and core.
BODY WORK + DYNAMIC/MANUAL STRETCHING
Let us take you through a customized stretching experience! We incorporate dynamic assisted stretching, along with other stretching/body work methods tailored to your physiological movement goals. The benefits of dynamic assisted stretching are to help increase range of motion, activate key muscle groups, reduce muscle stiffness and soreness post activity, reduce the likelihood of injury, alleviate joint stress, increase longevity, and simply help you to RELAX!

With 24-hour accessibility, you can work out whenever and wherever it's most convenient for you.
